WeCWI: The Official Launch

Boon Yih Mah, a senior lecturer from Academy of Language Studies, UiTM (Penang), was invited with the recognition as the Innovation Launchpad’s Rocketeer to showcase his poster presentation on Web-based Cognitive Writing Instruction (WeCWI): A Multidisciplinary e-Framework for Language, Literacy, Cognitive, and Psychological Developments. WeCWI was officially launched in The Digital Education Show Asia 2014 on 27 May 2014 at Booth 49, Exhibition Halls 1 & 2, KLCC, Kuala Lumpur.

The Digital Education Show Asia 2014 is the Asia’s most important digital education event, which is co-organised by Ministry of Education Malaysia, Terrapinn, and MDEC. This event was held on 27-28 May 2014 at the Exhibition Halls 1 & 2, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Malaysia. With more fresh innovations, insightful on-floor seminars, and fun networking activities, this grand digital education event offers both learners and instructors from primary to tertiary level of education more ways to learn and to teach using the latest educational technologies.
