The Internet is one of the greatest inventions and equalisers in human life. The injection of the Internet into e-learning has created the biggest paradigm shift in educational technology. The diversity of learning programmes is shifted from personal desktops to web applications; for instance, using blogs and wikis to create online learning platforms is one of the essential digital skills for every 21st century educator. To further substantiate the effectiveness of e-learning in higher education context, WeCWI Integrated Solutions offer educators the pedagogical-and-theoretical hybrid solutions to disseminate knowledge through developing and designing their personal web-based instructional materials. Web-based Cognitive Instructor (WeCI) and Web-based Cognitive Language Instructor (WeCLI) are the two solutions of WeCWI who are trained holistically focussing on the multidimensional explorations into language and cognitive developments.
