Besides conducting a featured workshop, Dr Mah Boon Yih was invited also as a judge for poster presentations in the Northern Zone Research Conference in English Language Education (NORCELE) 2018 by the Malaysian English Language Teaching Association (MELTA) in collaboration with the Institute of Teacher Education, Tuanku Bainun Campus, Penang, on 25 April 2018. After evaluating the assigned contestants' posters and ideas that employed case studies as their research design, below is a tip he would like to share:
Instead of knowing what you've done, you must know also how to impress your judge with a "wow" factor of your work that deserves to be awarded.
